STEAKS & CHOPS
Austin’s Steaks are hand cut in our restaurant from selected aged corn fed beef
Add crabmeat to any steak
(All of our steaks and chops are served with a house salad, and a choice of potato or vegetables)

New York Strip – Heavy aged thick and juicy center cut steak 10oz or 13oz
Austin’s Filet – Hand trimmed tenderloin served with sauce Béarnaise 9oz
Pork Chops – Mesquite grilled to perfection
Smoked Prime Rib – Hickory roasted prime rib served with baked potato and sautéed vegetables (Served Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 4pm Limited Quantities – When we're out we're out)
Tenderloin Medallions – The leanest and most tender of all beef cuts
Delmonico Steak – One of our most flavorful steaks served with choice of potato 14oz

FROM THE SEA
(Austin’s fish is guaranteed fresh as we buy what we can sell, so when we’re out, we’re out!)

Steak Sandwich – Sirloin steak will grilled onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese

Substitutions will be charged a la carte
18% Gratutiy added on parties of 7 or more
We are unable to provide separate checks to large parties without adversely effecting service
