All of our salads are served with your choice of dressing.
(Dressings include: Garlic lime, Ranch, Blue cheese, Lo-cal Italian, Thousand Island, Fat Free French, Honey Dijon, Caesar and Honey Lime)

Mesquite Grilled Chicken Salad – Grilled chicken breast over mixed greens with red onion, tomato and cucumber

Southwestern Chicken Salad – Cajun grilled chicken atop mixed greens with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, scallions and black olives. Served with homemade salsa ranch dressing

Laredo Salad – An edible tortilla bowl with mixed greens, Smokin’ beans, scallions, black olives, cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa

Phil’s Favorite Salad – Field greens tossed with chicken, pine nuts, mandarin oranges and honey-lime vinaigrette dressing

Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce tossed with Classic Caesar dressing and homemade croutons

Chicken Caesar Salad – Mesquite grilled chicken over our classic Caesar salad

Thai Chicken Salad – Grilled marinated chicken breast over a bed of mixed lettuce tossed in honey- lime vinaigrette, topped with peanut sauce and crispy tortilla strips

Classic Cobb Salad – Bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, diced chicken, tomato, egg, olives and blue cheese over a bed of mixed greens

Seared Rare Ahi Tuna Salad – Mixed greens tossed in Lime vinaigrette dressing, rare Ahi tuna, strawberries, mandarin oranges, cucumbers and sprouts

Smoked Salmon Salad
We smoke the salmon here and serve it over a large Caesar salad

Soup and Sandwich Combo – A bowl of homemade soup with half a chicken salad sandwich, turkey club or tuna sandwich

Homemade Soup of the Day – Made fresh daily in our kitchen Cup or Bowl

SANDWICHES AND BURGERS
All of our sandwiches come with your choice of Smokin’ beans, Cinnamon apples, Mac & Cheese, or Cole slaw

The Best Tuna – All white Albacore tuna salad with pickles, onions, green olives, herbs and spices, grilled on whole wheat bread with Swiss cheese

Beef Brisket Sandwich – Moist brisket slices topped with our own Homemade BBQ sauce, served on a Kaiser Roll

Chicken on a Bun – Grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise

Smoked Turkey Club – Mesquite smoked turkey, ham, American and jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise

Steak Sandwich – An open faced N.Y. Strip sandwich with grilled mushrooms and onions, topped with Swiss over Texas toast

Rueben Sandwich – Corned beef brisket, sauerkraut, Swiss and Thousand Island dressing on grilled rye bread served with a pickle

Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato – Thick bacon on a triple decker sandwich

BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger – Hickory smoked bacon and cheddar cheese with BBQ sauce on our half-pound burger with pickle on the bun

Austin Burger – A half-pound burger, grilled to your liking and topped with grilled mushrooms, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato

All American Burger – American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, mustard and pickle

Pulled Pork Sandwich – Smoked pork shoulder pulled from the bone, then tossed in Southeastern-style BBQ sauce and served on a Kaiser roll

Napa Burger – A grilled garden burger with Mozzarella cheese, avocado and red pepper salsa served on a Kaiser roll

Chicken Salad Sandwich – Boneless, skinless chicken tossed with chopped onion, Mayo, herbs and spices on a buttery croissant

Turkey Croissant – Smoked turkey, Swiss, avocado, Mayo, sprouts

Add French fries to any sandwich and make a platter for or Onion Rings
It is recommended that ground beef is cooked to a temperature of medium well.
