Dinner Menu

This is a sample menu. Some items are market priced and menus change regularly.
While we update these pages frequently, this menu should be considered representative.

AWESOME APPETIZERS
Artichoke Dip – Artichoke hearts and spinach, served warm and topped with Reggiano parmesan cheese. Fresh chips for dipping

Blackened Scallops – Sea Scallops dusted with Cajun seasoning, seared in an iron skillet, served with mango chutney and salsa

Basket of Onion Rings – Served with ranch dressing

Quesadilla – A grilled tortilla with Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, scallions, black olives and jalapenos, (add grilled chicken)

Loaded Potato Skins – Loaded with Cheddar cheese, bacon and scallions served with plenty of sour cream

Real Wings – One pound of fresh chicken wings, fired and tossed in hot, mild or BBQ sauce, served with blue cheese dressing

Healthy Fries – Shoestring fries with bacon and Cheddar cheese (Note: these are good for mental health only)

Blackened Ahi Tuna – Seared rare served with a soy-mustard sauce

Carolina Crab Cake – A house specialty, sautéed golden brown served with salsa and chili mayonnaise

Stuffed Mushrooms – Crabmeat stuffed shrooms topped with Reggiano parmesan and mozzarella cheese

Chips, Salsa and Guacamole are always available


SMOKIN’ FAVORITES
Fajitas – Your choice of Beef or Chicken, served with grilled onions and peppers, salsa, guacamole and sour cream

Texas Bar-b-que – In Texas, “Barbecue means Brisket.” Slow smoked brisket slices with our own BBQ sauce, French fries and choice of side

Monterey Chicken – Two grilled chicken breasts topped with bacon, tomatoes, scallions and Cheddar cheese

Twin Center Cut Pork Chops – Two 8oz chops mesquite grilled to perfection served with rice, steamed vegetables and cinnamon apples

Homemade Meatloaf – Served with a twice-baked potato, brown gravy and your choice of a side


AUSTIN’S FAMOUS RIBS
(No split plates on ribs please)
Sides include: Smokin’ Beans, Cole slaw, Cinnamon apples, Mac & Cheese
House salad with any Smokin’ Favorite, Ribs or Pasta
Substitute a baked potato or twice-baked

St. Louis Pork Ribs – A larger rib than the Baby Back, grilled over mesquite wood, glazed with house BBQ sauce, served with fries and choice of a side, 1/2 Slab or Full Slab

Original Baby Back Ribs – Slowly smoked in our ovens over hickory wood, slathered in BBQ sauce, served with French fries and your choice of a side dish, 1/2 Slab or Full Slab


PASTAS
Creamy Chicken Pasta – Fettuccini with chicken and sun dried tomatoes tossed in a garlic herb cream sauce, served with garlic cheese bread

Fettuccini with Chicken and Seasonal Veggies – Tossed together in a creamy herb sauce, served with garlic cheese bread

Fettuccini with Blackened Scallops – Fettuccini noodles sautéed with fresh sea scallops in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served with garlic cheese bread


STEAKS & SUCH
Austin’s steaks are hand-cut in our restaurant from selected aged corn-fed beef
(All of our steaks are served with a dinner salad and a baked potato, at Austin’s
you can always upgrade with a twice-baked potato substitution)

The New York Strip – Our strip is a heavy aged, thick and juicy center cut steak
10oz or 13oz

Austin’s Filet – Hand trimmed tenderloin at its finest 9oz

Sir Loin – A center cut sirloin steak that is very lean throughout 10oz

Filet Skewer – The leanest and most tender of all beef cuts, herb and garlic marinated, served with veggies over a bed of rice

Cowboy Steak – A hand cut bone-in Ribeye is our most flavorful steak 20oz

Surf and Turf – A classic entrée of Petite Filet Mignon and a rock lobster tail

Delmonico Steak – A hand cut ribeye that is less lean than our other steaks but very flavorful 12oz

Smoke Prime Rib – Hickory roasted prime rib served with baked potato and a dinner salad. Served Friday, Saturday and Sunday after 4 pm. Limited quantities – when we’re out, we’re out! 12oz or 16oz


FISH & SEAFOOD
Crabcake Dinner – Two crabcakes served with rice, vegetables and a dinner salad

Fresh Fish of the Day – We always have a variety of fresh fish that we can blacken, broil or Mesquite grill, Petite Cut or House Cut

Baked Stuffed Orange Roughy – New Zealand Orange Roughy with crab stuffing, baked and served with rice

Mesquite Grilled Salmon – Grilled over hardwood, topped with herb butter and served with rice
Petite Cut or House Cut


DESSERTS
Key Lime Pie – Made with Florida limes in a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh whipped cream

Dottie’s Pecan Pie – Southern pecan pie served with fresh whipped cream

Apple Crisp – Homemade shortcake, vanilla bean ice cream, fresh strawberries and whipped cream

Warm Chocolate Nut Brownie – Simply the best brownie topped with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce

Bread Pudding for Two – Homemade bread pudding with bourbon sauce

Hot Fudge Sunday – Vanilla bean ice cream topped with pecans, fresh whipped cream and a cherry on top.

Substitutions will be charged a la carte
18% Gratutiy added on parties of 7 or more
We are unable to provide separate checks to large parties without adversely effecting service
